  1. Such interesting schemes should be advertised well. I am an engineer now at 80 years. I have won the National awards instituted by NRDC, in 1972 (the highest award of the year) and again in 1990. I won the National intellectual property award in the year 2013. Right now I am working on 2 major products. But I never came to know of the scheme initiated by the president of the country. Why don’t you advertise.
